What is the AnKerM Rewards Program?
The AnkerM Rewards Program allows customers to earn AnKerM Store Points on AnKerM.com (excluding AnkerM Home App andthird-party retalers likeAmazon, eBay, and Walmart). These points can be redeemed for discounts as a thank-you for shopping with AnKerM.
How to join the AnKerM Rewards Program?
If you have an account on ankerm.com, logging in to your account will automatically participate in the program. If you have no account, create one and complete the email activation. If you can’t log in with an existing email, please try “Forgot Password” and reset your password. Make sure the email address you entered is the same as the account used for creating, shopping, points earning and redeeming, as AnKerM does not support cross-account points transfer.
Where can I find my redeemable AnKerM Store Points?
Please log in and click “My Points” to check your AnKerM Store Points.
How can I redeem my AnKerM Store Points for a coupon?
To redeem your AnKerM Store Points, log in to your account, go to the “My Points” section, click “Get Rewards,” select the coupon you want to redeem, and click “Redeem Now.”
Do AnKerM Store Points have an expiration date?
Yes, AnKerM Store Points will be valid for 1 year counted from your most recently earned points through a whole calendar year. For example, if Customer A earns 500 AnKerM Store Points on January 1, 2024, the points will expire on January 1, 2025. But if they earn 100 AnKerM Store Points on December 31, 2024, then the entire 600 points will be valid until December 31, 2025.
If I cancel an order or return a product, will the AnKerM Store Points I earned from that order be deducted from my account?
Yes, if you cancel an order or return a product, the AnKerM Store Points earned from that purchase will also be deducted from your account. Points will be deducted accordingly for partial refunds due to price adjustments as well.
Can I earn AnKerM Store Points for previous transactions made before I knew about the AnKerM Rewards Program?
Yes, but you need to confirm the email address used for the order and create an account with the same email. If you cannot create an account, enter your email address in the “Sign In” form and click “Forgot Password?” to verify your email and set a new password.
Do my discount codes and AnKerM Store Points have any cash value?
No, rewards and AnKerM Store Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred to others.
