Terms & Conditions for AnKerM Rewards Program
Sign in, make a purchase, and earn points—it’s easy! All you need is a AnKerM official website account. AnKerM Store Points can be redeemed for discount coupons on ankerm.com.
The AnKerM Rewards Program is subject to these “Terms and Conditions”. Members earn AnKerM Store Points on qualifying online purchases redeemable for discounts for certain products on ankerm.com. Please note that products purchased through AnKerM Home App, physical retail stores, or third-party websites (including eBay and Amazon) are not eligible for AnKerM Store Points accumulation.
Free to Join the AnKerM Rewards Program:
Joining the AnKerM Rewards Program is free, but you must have an account on ankerm.com. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your information will be used. This program is void where prohibited.
General Rules:
Members can only earn AnKerM Store Points by purchasing eligible online products on ankerm.com. To earn points, you must log into your account. Check your login status by clicking the user icon in the upper right corner of the website.
Points may be delayed in displaying and must be used as specified in these terms. They are only valid for online use on ankerm.com.
Note: You must use the same account (email address) to earn and redeem AnKerM Store Points, since they cannot be transferred between accounts.
Earning Rate:
Members earn 5 AnKerM Store Points for every $1 spent on eligible products. Points are calculated based on your order subtotal with discounts and returns taken into account, rounding to the nearest whole number. For example, spending $9.99 earns 50 points.
Returns/Order Cancellations:
If an order is canceled, refunded, or items are returned, the AnKerM Store Points earned in the original transaction will be deducted from your account.
How to Redeem AnKerM Store Points:
Log into your account on ankerm.com. Go to “My Points,” click “Get Rewards,” and choose your desired reward. AnKerM Store Points are deducted at the time of your redemption.
Rewards (discount codes) are non-returnable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. Please review the rules carefully before redeeming.
- After confirming redemption, you will receive a one-time discount code for use on ankerm.com.
- Only one discount code can be used per transaction and cannot stack with other codes.
- The discount code is valid for 90 days from the date of redemption and will expire if not used.
- Once you confirm redemption, the discount code will be directly credited, and cannot be canceled or exchanged.
- Redeeming discount codes will deduct the corresponding points from your account.
- Redemption rules may change and will be updated on the “AnKerM Rewards Program” page.
Disclaimer:
- Point calculations exclude taxes and discounts; wholesale retailers are not eligible for this program
- AnKerM Store Points cannot be combined across different accounts.
- Points earned in a single order cannot be redeemed in the same order previously placed.
- AnKerM Store Points have no cash value outside of ankerm.com.
- AnKerM reserves the right to freeze accounts suspected of fraudulent actions or the creation of multiple accounts. If membership is canceled due to fraudulent actions, the discount codes will be invalid.
